Measure each natural nail in millimeters across the widest part of the nail, from sidewall to sidewall. The tape method is recommended because it follows the natural curve of your nail.
If you are between sizes, size up. A slightly larger nail can usually be gently filed at the sides, but a nail that is too small may not fully cover your natural nail.

Yes. Measuring both hands is recommended because your left and right nails may not be exactly the same size.

If you are unsure, send me your measurements before ording and I can help you compare them to the available sizes.
Standard size charts are being verified to match my current inventory. Until those are posted, custom measurements are recommended.
If you are unable to measure your nails yourself, the coin method may be used as a last resort only. Please keep in mind that the coin method is the least accurate sizing option and may result in an imperfect fit.

Custom sets are made after your design, size, shape, quote, and payment are confirmed.
Premade sets are already designed and ready to claim. They are sold as-is in the listed shape, length, and standard size.

A sold premade design can usually be requested as a custom set if supplies allow.
Exact recreations are not always guaranteed due to product availability, handmade variation, and differences in nail size, shape, and length. If you want a sold set recreated, submit a Custom Order Form and mention the set name in the inspo/design.

Custom sets are priced by design detail, time, products, and care. Final pricing is based on the highest tier the design qualifies for.
Even a few detailed nails can move the whole set into a higher tier because detailed work takes more time and product.
When do I pay for a custom set?

Submitting a Custom Order Form is a request, not an automatic order.
After I review your form, I will reach out to confirm your design details, size, price, and receiving method. If everything looks accurate, you can move forward with purchasing your set through the Square link included in your confirmation message.
Payment is required before I begin working on your set. Your order is not added to my active work queue until your details and payment are confirmed.

Processing time depends on the type of order, my current queue, supply availability, and the receiving method selected at checkout.
Custom orders are made after your details and payment are confirmed. If my queue is empty, I may be able to complete a simple set quickly, but custom timing is not guaranteed and will depend on the design and current order volume.
Premade sets are already made and can usually be prepared for shipping or local delivery faster than custom sets.
Shipping time is separate from processing time and depends on the shipping carrier. Local delivery timing depends on availability and delivery schedule.
If there is ever a delay, I will communicate with you as soon as possible.

If you need your set by a specific date, include the date needed in your Custom Order Form. I will review your request based on the design, the date needed, and how many orders are already ahead of yours.
If accepted, a rush fee may apply. Rush details and any added fee will be confirmed before payment.

Local delivery may be available depending on your address and the delivery area set in Square.
If you choose local delivery at checkout, Square will determine whether your address qualifies. Local delivery timing depends on availability and delivery schedule.
What comes with a press-on set?

Each order includes the press-on nail set purchased.
A nail prep kit can be added to your order for an additional $1 through the Square listing modifiers. The nail prep kit includes:
1 alcohol prep pad
1 mini nail file
1 mini nail glue
The prep kit is optional. If you already have your own application supplies, you can purchase the nail set by itself.

Wear time depends on nail prep, application, lifestyle, and aftercare.
At this time, my optional nail prep kit includes nail glue only. I do not currently sell adhesive tabs.
Nail glue usually gives longer wear, while adhesive tabs are better for temporary wear. If you choose to use adhesive tabs, they will need to be purchased separately elsewhere.
Can I reuse my press-ons?

Press-ons may be reusable depending on how they are applied, removed, and cared for.
Gentle removal helps preserve the set. Nail glue remover tools may also help remove press-ons with less damage to the press-on nails, depending on the product and removal method used.
What if my nails do not fit?

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate measurements or choosing the correct standard size.
Because each set is handmade to the measurements or size selected, I do not offer refunds, returns, or free replacements for sizing issues caused by incorrect measurements, choosing the wrong standard size, or using the coin method.
If a set does not fit due to sizing information provided by the customer, you are welcome to place a new order in a corrected size.

If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and damaged item.
Damage claims are reviewed case by case. Replacements, refunds, or corrections are only considered when the issue is due to an error on my part or when the damage can be verified and handled through the shipping process.
Please keep all packaging until the issue is reviewed.

Premade orders cannot be cancelled after they have shipped or gone out for local delivery.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled after work has started.
Once work has started on a custom set, cancellations are not accepted because time and products have already gone into the order.

Due to the handmade and personal-use nature of press-on nails, returns are not accepted.
Refunds or replacements are only considered if the issue was caused by an error on my part, such as the wrong item being sent or a verified mistake with the order.
Refunds, returns, and free replacements are not offered for incorrect measurements, wrong standard size selection, change of mind, color differences caused by lighting or screens, damage from application/removal/wear, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Custom sets are handmade based on the details provided by the customer.
Custom order details must be submitted through the Custom Order Form. Please do not send order details through direct message unless I ask for clarification after reviewing your form.
Because custom sets are made specifically for the customer’s chosen size, shape, colors, and design, changes may not be available once work has started.
Small handmade variations may occur. Exact recreations of inspo photos, premade sets, or sold sets are not guaranteed, but I will do my best to capture the overall look and vibe of the design.

Premade sets are sold as-is in the listed shape, length, size, and design.
Please check the listing carefully before purchasing.
To claim a premade set, click the red “Buy” button under the listing on the Premades page and complete checkout through Square.
Premade sets are not held until checkout is completed.
Once a premade set sells, it is no longer available as-is. A similar design may be requested as a custom set if supplies allow.

A rush order is not confirmed until I approve the request and payment is completed.

Shipping is available within the United States where checkout allows.
Shipping fees are calculated when applicable.
Once an order is shipped, delivery timing depends on the shipping carrier.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checkout. I am not responsible for delays, returned packages, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with your household, neighbors, building office, and local carrier first.
Shipping damage or missing package concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or marked delivery.
Please keep all packaging until the issue is reviewed.

Damage caused during shipping is handled case by case. A refund or replacement is not automatically guaranteed for carrier damage, missing packages, or delivery issues outside of my control.
If shipping insurance or carrier protection applies, I may use the photos and order details to help review the issue or file a claim when possible.

To help your set last longer:
Apply to clean, dry nails
Avoid water immediately after application
Avoid using nails as tools
